We put a bid on this house and it has passed all inspections. We hope to close before the end of the year. It has a couple of roof leaks and the fire fireplaces need looking at (all four of them!). It has 2727 sq ft and a monster of an attic. The bathrooms have all original ceramic fixtures, sink, toilet,etc. The neighborhood is quiet and the town is small but big enough for restaurants, shopping, etc. It has hard wood floors throughout the house but the kitchen needs to be completley redone. Wish us luck and hopefully we will be moving in soon.
